This initiative is a great step toward promoting and developing tennis within the community, creating opportunities for young talents, and bringing sports lovers together.

November 29th GLTA was paid a visit by the ITF development officer for West and Central Africa Amine Ben Makhlouf.

Fruitful discussions between him executive and coaches as to how to go about development tennis. He also outlines guidelines of how ITF can support through grands and funding.

This is his second visit to the gambia this year, and we hope to work closely with him to develop the game.
