A new chapter in our journey😎

For the first time in our history, Stingers Football Academy will compete in the Ballers4Life (B4L) Youth League U17 2026.

We have been drawn into Group C, where we will test ourselves against other academies.

This is another important platform for our players to compete, develop, express their talent and continue their journey toward the highest levels of the game.

We enter this competition with ambition, humility and belief in the work we are doing as the objective remain the same in; developing players, creating opportunities and building the next generation!!

Stingers Football Academy is delighted to announce that our talented right wingback in Herbert Mendy has travelled to Sweden to begin his trials with Superettan club Östers IF.

This opportunity to trial with Östers reflects Herbert’s hard work, discipline and consistent development at Stingers and we are proud to see him take this important step in his football journey.

Stingers FA management staff, headed by our Director of Football, Pa Mulie Jassey, were present at the Banjul International Airport in Yundum to see off Herbert as he departed for Sweden.

At Stingers FA, moments like this reflect the pathway we are currently building for our talented players from development to opportunity on the international stages.

We wish Herbert Mendy the very best of luck as he continues to showcase his potential and talent with Östers IF.

✍🏾 TRANSFER ANNOUNCEMENT ✍🏾

Stingers Football Academy is delighted to announce the permanent transfer of our talented winger Edmond Mendy to Polish club MKS Miedź Legnica.

Edmond now embarks on the next chapter of his journey as he begins his professional football career in Poland. This move is a testament to his hard work, dedication and the tremendous potential he has shown throughout his time at Stingers Football Academy.

Everyone at the academy is incredibly proud of Edmond and wishes him every success as he takes this important step in his career. We have no doubt he will continue to grow and make us proud in the years ahead.

Edmond was seen off at the airport by our Club Administrator, Matarr Jallow, fondly known as M Boy, as he departed to begin his new adventure.

Stingers Football Academy is proud to announce that our Head Coach in Abdoulie Mubarak Jallow, commonly known as “Pablo”, has successfully completed his coaching badges and has been awarded the prestigious CAF B License Coaching Diploma by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

This is a remarkable achievement and a true reflection of our Head Coach’s hard work, dedication, passion and commitment towards football development and youth mentorship.

At Stingers Football Academy, we strongly believe in continuous growth and professionalism and we are delighted to have contributed to this and glad to see our Head Coach take another important step forward in his coaching journey.

We congratulate Coach ‘Pablo’ on this well deserved accomplishment and wish him the very best of luck as we look forward to seeing him continue coaching and inspiring our players, turning their potential into credentials, success and bright futures both on and off the pitch.

Stingers Football Academy is delighted to announce that our talented player in Mamadou Gingally has completed a permanent transfer to FC Nitra in Slovakia.

The 18-year-old makes this important move as part of his continued development and progression into European football.

Stingers FA management staff, headed by our Director of Football, Pa Mulie Jassey, alongside Philip Marcel Lasana Gomez, were present at the airport to officially see off Gingally during his departure to Slovakia.

This milestone reflects the pathway we continue to build for our players, creating opportunities for them to compete and grow at the highest levels.

We wish Mamadou Gingally every success in this new chapter of his career with FC Nitra.

ZAXBET PROJECT YOUTH LEAGUE – GROUP A UPDATE ⚽🔥

Our academy Stingers Football Academy have officially secured their spot in the quarter-finals of the ZAXBET Project Youth League after an outstanding performance in Group C where we played 3 group games and won all our matches with 9 points!

Our consistency, determination and quality on the pitch have set us apart as strong contenders in this year’s competition.
