LBD Football Academy

LBD Football Academy formerly known as Sali FC. It was form under the leadership of Mr Yankuba Janneh. But now under a new leadership of Mr Lamin Boye Darbo the owner and CEO of LBD Sports Agency & Media Network.

LBD Football Academy will take a new path under this new managemnet and to improve our daily footballing activities through out the country and also new upcoming season which we will be playing in GFF women 3rd division football league.

Our players are from various background and cultures within gambia from kombo to foni and beyond, we will do our best to work with people in gambia and outside gambia for the betterment of our sports and to improve women football in gambia will always be our aim and objective.

Women sports whether is football, basketball, volleyball and many other sports that involve women need to be empowered and promote to the highest level so that many young girls will be able to play and also have the chance to go to school too because sports and education is always important.

LBD Football Academy will always give chance to people to be able improve daily whether that is football or outside football our priority will always be the same which is to give chance and voice to this young girls to live and learn whiles playing football.

More details will be coming out for the new season and players and the management will work together to give the best of women football club in the gambia, we will always work together hand in hand with other women football clubs to be able to be partners and work together not to compete in a negative way but as each others keeper.

We will always support other football clubs whether men or women teams to have mutual sporting understanding and respect as rivals and also friends and footballing family, our doors are always open and everyone is welcome to our football club as a fan or supporters we will also learn from each other.
