It's a discipline that we usually practice several days a week.
4 shots that become an instinct It's the jab, the straight, the hook and the uppercut. We practice them from 1200 to 1800 times a day on a one-hour workout.
Boxing then becomes a passion which is part of our DNA.

A good boxing teacher and coach can be the difference between a young kid walking away from the sport and pushing through to achieve their full potential. In the ring and in life, there are pivotal moments when doubt, fatigue, and frustration can lead a young boxer to consider quitting. This is where the presence of a dedicated coach that can spot this becomes essential.

A skilled coach doesn’t just teach punches and footwork; they instill discipline, resilience, and self-belief. They recognize when a kid is struggling, not just physically, but mentally. All trainers can teach the basics of boxing, but there the best coaches offer much more.
