5. Look for a team interested in pursuing excellence- innovating higher standards, not just the status quo.

6. Most important, just look for a fun place where you feel a sense of belonging.

All GYM’s will close from this evening until further notice. We will do our best to provide you with great workout material and whilst these type of establishments are closed.

From tomorrow, you will be offered “Home WOD’s that you can continue training at home, with body weight or with homemade/improvised equipment.

We count on you, we stay together. Take good care of yourself and be positive!
