Νέο μάθημα: Broken Floor by Mina Mantole ✨

Το Broken Floor είναι ένα choreography-based floorwork class, όπου δουλεύουμε τεχνική, γραμμές και μουσικότητα μέσα από τη σύνδεση με το πάτωμα και τη συνεχή ροή της κίνησης.

Μέσα από χορογραφίες και floor tricks, θα εξερευνήσουμε transitions, control και body awareness, χτίζοντας μεγαλύτερη άνεση, αυτοπεποίθηση και καθαρότητα στις low-flow κινήσεις.

Κάθε Τετάρτη 18:30–19:30

New Class: Broken Floor by Mina Mantole ✨

Broken Floor is a choreography-based floorwork class focused on technique, lines, and musicality through continuous connection with the floor and fluid movement.

Through choreography and floor tricks, we will explore transitions, control, and body awareness, building greater confidence, comfort, and precision in low-flow movements.

🌟Καλωσορίζουμε το νέο μέλος της ομάδας του Saga Pole Studio, τη .

Τα τελευταία χρόνια ασχολείται επαγγελματικά με το pole dancing ως μέλος της ομάδας Les Felines, ενώ η πορεία της στον χώρο του χορού ξεκινά από το μπαλέτο και το σύγχρονο, στοιχεία που έχουν διαμορφώσει το ιδιαίτερο στυλ, την κίνηση και την εκφραστικότητά της.
Παράλληλα, έχει σημαντική εμπειρία σε performances, choreographies και heels training, εξελίσσοντας συνεχώς την καλλιτεχνική της ταυτότητα και την κινησιολογία της.

We are excited to welcome the newest member of the Saga Pole Studio team, Mina Mantole.

Over the past few years, she has been professionally involved in pole dancing as a member of the team Les Felines, while her dance background began with ballet and contemporary dance - elements that have strongly shaped her unique style, movement quality, and artistic expression.

At the same time, she has gained significant experience in performances, choreography, and heels training, continuously evolving her artistic identity and movement vocabulary.

Καλωσορίζουμε στο studio μας τη για ένα δυναμικό Hard Tricks & Leg Dynamics Workshop 🔥

Για 90’ θα δουλέψουμε πάνω στον συνδυασμό δυναμικών tricks με leg dynamics και ροή, εστιάζοντας στον έλεγχο και τη σωστή σύνδεση των κινήσεων.

Θα δουλέψουμε:
• hard & δυναμικά tricks
• leg waves & leg circles (clocks)
• hip & body waves
• συνδυασμούς tricks → transitions → flow

Στόχος μας είναι να μάθουμε πώς τα πιο απαιτητικά tricks μπορούν να ενσωματωθούν ομαλά, δημιουργώντας ένα δυνατό αλλά με ροή αποτέλεσμα.

For 90 minutes, we’ll focus on combining tricks with leg dynamics and flow, emphasizing control, clean ex*****on, and smooth transitions between movements.

What we’ll work on:
