So taking some time off to rest and heal up didn’t quite go to plan.. 3 days in and the withdrawals were strong. Massive thanks to @jimboma and his team @bjjkefaloniaisland who were kind enough to invite me over to share their mats. What was meant to be an hour turned into 2.15 hours teaching & sparring.
