Το στούντιο Kinaesthesis , της αγαπημένης μας Μαργαρίτας Ευθυμίου, από 01/05/2025 θα γίνει Alma Ψυχικού και θα συνεχίσει να δουλεύει με τις ίδιες αρχές, αλλά καινούργια πρόσωπα, τα οποία αγαπάνε αυτή τη δουλειά και σας περιμένουν με χαρά!

It’s all about The Mat at the moment! Mat work strengthens the core, helps flexibility, lengthens and tones the muscles and best of all, you can literally work out from anywhere as long as you have your mat with you.
