⚠️ Breaking the Silence in Sport

Women’s participation in sport is growing, but the culture still lags behind. Harassment, abuse, and inequality remain real challenges - rooted in outdated norms and power dynamics.

Change starts with redefining what strength means, building trust, supporting women in leadership, and educating young people beyond stereotypes.

💡 Sport should be safe, empowering, and a space for growth - never for harm.

🧠 Interpersonal relationships play a key role in preventing sexual violence - and the lessons go far beyond one single field. Strengthening parenting skills, training professionals, empowering bystanders, and building healthy peer bonds are strategies that work across sectors, including sport.

🤝 When these approaches are shared between education, health, social services, and the sport community, they create stronger, safer environments for everyone - especially young people and athletes.
