Split Squat → Mount → Double Under Armbar!
Αυτό το sequence συνδυάζει τα δύο σενάρια που δουλέψαμε στα προηγούμενα βίντεο! 🥋
Δούλεψε κάθε βήμα αργά, μάθε τις λεπτομέρειες και μετά συνδύασέ τα ομαλά σε όλο το sequence.
