It is an international sailing event conducted by the Chios Inshore & Offshore Racing Club, Cesme Marina in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Chios and the International Cesme Yacht Club. The aim of the organization is to develop sailing activity in the channel between Chios and Cesme, and the development of the racing sailing in this area.
