Scuba diving for Certified Divers

Join us aboard and explore some of the most beautiful and pristine diving areas in the Aegean Sea. GoDive Mykonos in collaboration with Marine Conservation Greece invites you to live the experience of underwater world with our boat dives, in safety and high standards of quality under the supervision of our excellently-trained instructors. We regularly visit the famous shipwreck of “Anna II”, the unique reefs in Kalo Livadi, Agia Anna and Lia Bay, the cavern systems in Tragonisi and other diving sites around the island. Our boat dives covers all levels of diving experience from the Beginners to Dive Master. One of the first things that will strike you is the crystal clear, blue-turquoise and so transparent water. There is no phytoplankton, which probably has influenced this state of the water. Fish are one of the most interesting part of the sea fauna, they are diverse and colorful. Visibility is more than 25-50 meters/160 feet depending on the weather conditions. May to October are the warmest months. The boat

Our dive boat “Oceanographers” a 7m RIB which seats 11 divers, offers an outstanding level of service and comfort. “Oceanographers” carries a full range of dive equipment to cater 12 Divers. Onboard facilities include shower, ladder, comfortable seating and two engines, a primary Suzuki 200hp four stroke and an auxiliary Suzuki 15hp four stroke to get you effortlessly to and from the dive sites. What else do you need to know? Openwater Diver is the minimum certification required on most dives. We do nominate the certification level on our boat dives schedule. GoDive Mykonos provides a full dive site briefing. If you are a single diver, we will have a dive buddy on board for you. We offer a dive guide service for those who need it. PADI Discover Scuba Diving in Mykonos

No previous dive experience necessary!! The Discover Scuba Diving Experience is great for those who have always wondered what it would be like to breathe under water. When you discover scuba diving, you discover excitement and adventure – freedom and serenity. Nothing compares to the “weightless” exhilaration of breathing underwater. Only a diver knows the feeling! A beginner’s two hours mini course. As part of the Discover Scuba program, and under the guidance of a PADI professional, new divers learn basic safety concepts, put on equipment and swim around underwater in a closely supervised environment. The PADI Discover scuba diving experience program at GoDive Mykonos lets the non-diver experience the thrill and adventure of scuba diving under the supervision of one of our professional PADI Instructors. To participate in the Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old and complete the Discover Scuba Statement (which includes a medical questionnaire). After trying Discover Scuba, many new divers may decide to repeat the experience. Snorkeling is an amazing experience for everyone. Join us on a snorkeling tour to explore the spectacular underwater world. This program is also an excellent pre-training experience for children who want to explore the possibilities, but are too young to dive with scuba in the open water or before the PADI Bubblemaker program. Boat snorkeling: participate on our boat dive trip and snorkeling on a diving spot (50 min.) Snorkeling Fun Day: an ideal combination of shore and boat snorkeling under the guidelines of GoDive Mykonos. What better way to explore the awe inspiring coastal scenery and incredible life of South-East Mykonos than by powerboat? Our boat “Oceanographers” a 7m RIB which seats 11 guests. We can pick you up from your place for free and get ready to enjoy our boat trips. You will explore the amazing marine life and beautiful beaches that are not accessible by car. Far away from the crowded beaches and the simplicity of Mykonos! GoDive Mykonos run boat trips to various locations from East part of Mykonos out towards Delos and regularly see all the beaches .We carry scuba diving and snorkeling equipment on board so you can swim or dive into the caverns of Tragonisi, in reefs with Ancient Amphora’s or shipwrecks for more experienced guests. As well as the amazing view, you can get up close to the rugged coastline and visit the picturesque church of Panagia! Finally, you can stop at Fraggias beach or Karapetis beach where you will enjoy a special snack with traditional fresh products from our farm. The Meeting point for these boat trips is Lia Beach, a family beach at the south east part of Mykonos. Alternatively we can pick you up from your place or from Mykonos Port.
