As an athlete of track I always thought that my body was my tool. As I grew up I realised that my body is my home and discipline is not always something that I can do as life got harder. I decided that concistency was a better value. So I kept showing up at my personal practice to I keep my home strong and healthy. But during this year there was a lot to deal with. A new job, family situations, life, that kept me away from my practices. But it is ok. Concistency is not abt showing up every day in every circumstance. Sometimes one needs to pause from everything until its time to get back at everything. So I paused
As long as I needed. And then I used my tools.
An excellent Pilates class with my teacher, training with my cool sister, changing my Pilates training to other fitness practice with a good coach; I did whatever I needed to do so I can get back on track and start my Pilates routine as I used to. Pilates is my fuel and I am so grateful; for this season has been a great lesson and I am back in loving my every Pilates practice and my everyday life
