What can we say about this picture. 9 months apart, same guy (.arvanitakis), same weight, same exercise.
What's different ?
The facial expression 😏: the weight that used to be heavy, now clearly isn't.
The arms 💪! His arms got so much bigger! I was even surprised myself! 😯
For a guy that was working out most of his life, and was pretty muscular even before he came to me for the first time, that's an amazingly impressive change in his physique, in just short of nine months.
But, Christos really did everything right: he was consistent with his training, his protein intake, and we increased the weight he lifted as often as possible.
✅️ Progressive overload
✅️ Consistency
✅️ Enough protein daily
✅️ Sufficient time.
That's all it takes.

The rollout is an incredibly effective way to train your , and pretty much the rest of your body gets a heck of a workout too: lats, triceps, shoulders, chest, you name it.

What I like most about is that you can get a great everywhere.
No special need for fancy equipment.
The is an amazing exercise for core, back, and shoulder strength.
Performed on a thick branch, it's a hell of a training too 😅
