We have the privilege of welcoming Massimiliano “Max” Gallo, Sports Director of Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri '76 Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ‘76, to RIVBC this year. A man who has built one of Italy’s most respected women’s volleyball clubs from the ground up — from B2 to Serie A1, a CEV Cup, a Challenge Cup, and 15 years of excellence at the highest level.

Having someone of Max’s caliber walk through our doors, experience what we do in Rhodes, and sit with us to explore ways to collaborate — that is exactly the kind of connection RIVBC was built to create.

We look forward to what comes next.

This is what the last day of camp looks like. 🏐🌊

Ancient ruins at Lindos. Salt in the air at Tsambika. Medals hung around necks that earned them. A beachfront dance floor that nobody wanted to leave.

RIVBC 2026, you gave us everything.

Athletes came from 16+ countries, pushed each other on the court, and somehow turned 10 days on this island into friendships that will last a lifetime. That’s not something you plan — that’s something you build together.

To every player, coach, and family who was part of this — thank you for trusting us with your summer. Rhodes felt the energy, and we felt every bit of it right alongside you.

💥Spike moments at RIVBC 2026!

🏐 Day 5 of training on the court and the energy is electric.

✨This morning’s session was all about attack technique — jump timing, approach angles, arm swing. Our athletes are putting in the work, and coaches are right there in the trenches with them, rep by rep.

👌Halfway through camp and the growth is real. You can see it in every spike.

Last evening’s beach volleyball session hit different. Athletes from across the globe, bare feet in the sand, the Mediterranean breeze rolling in — pure camp magic.

Between training sessions, our RIVBC athletes explored the heart of Rhodes — from the iconic Dama Dama deer statue guarding the harbor to the ancient stone streets of the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Volleyball brought us here. Rhodes made it unforgettable.

From focus and resilience to mental toughness under pressure, our athletes got a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to perform at the highest level. Because the game starts in your head. 🩷
