RIDE TO THE REFUGE 🕊️🚲

This Saturday, 10 October, we ride from Athens Velo to Panagia Katafygiotissa, the little seaside chapel painted inside by Dimitris Mytaras.

📍 Start: Athens Velo
🕗 Meeting: 09:00, rolling out 15 minutes later
📏 70 km · 465 m elevation
⚡️ Pace: 25-30 km/h on the flats, steady tempo on the climbs, regroup at the top

Safety first:
🪖 Helmets are mandatory, no exceptions
💡 Rear lights on
🚦 We ride as a group and respect traffic rules
🤝 No-drop ride: nobody gets left behind
🔧 Bring a spare tube, water and a snack
