While this question may seem somewhat disconnected with exercising, it's actually a huge factor in how you approach your training/workouts and what pushes you to do the work. Is success driven by how much weight you've lost in the past week, how many compliments you're receiving, how it makes you feel throughout a rough week, welcoming or desiring positive feedback from friends, stories of lives you've changed or touched?...
When all is said and done after evaluating your answer you may be surprised to see how much it directly ties in to how you approach your workouts.

Attention bacon lovers:
