The Outlaws improved to 2-0 in the Matua Division of the GNYFF League after defeating Hal's Angels 38-0 Saturday afternoon at the UOG field.

Quarterback Willis Nickepwi (18) threw 3 touchdowns, Rio Reyes (21) scored 2 touchdowns, and Joe Fausto (78) rushed for one touchdown and had a forced fumble on defense to lead the Outlaws.

The Metgot division went down to the final play of the game with the Angels pulling off a touchdown and a conversion to win the game 20-19.

Kiribati will host the 2030 Micronesian Games, the first time the country will do that since the Games began in 1969.

This followed the Micronesian Games Council's (MCG) decision to accept Kiribati's bid, ahead of those from Chuuk, Kiribati, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Palau.

The Faha Outlaws came away with clean sweep over the Southern Cowboys, to include a big win in the Matua Division.

Four of Guam’s top rugby student-athletes took the next step in their academic and athletic journeys, signing their collegiate commitments during a ceremony held on Friday.

JFK’s Don Aldis, GW's Christin Mafnas and Jeremiah Sablan, and Academy's Aliyah Riffey officially announced their plans to continue playing rugby at the collegiate level.
