Been a while IG! But I am proud to announce my client Angela Diaz's amazing transformation! In just one year, Angela went from 210lbs to 153lbs, shedding 57LBS and also went from size 15 to a size 11 in her jeans! 🥳🎉👏⁣

When Angela first approached me in November 2021, her primary goal was to lose fat and try a new style of training. With her strong commitment and dedication, we designed a customized plan that suited her lifestyle and preferences. ⁣

Angela's hard work and dedication throughout the year-long process are motivating!⁣ I'm glad to have played a role in Angela's success, and I congratulate her on this incredible achievement! ⁣

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO MY CLIENT FOR COMPETING AT THE 2022 BODYBUILDING SHOW! ⁣

I want to thank him for his determination and trust in me on our first-ever competition prep together. It was such an insightful experience for both Alex and I! ⁣

Through ups and downs, I appreciate the work and discipline he’s put in these past couple weeks preparing for this show. It wasn’t easy, it was a bumpy road, but WE PUSHED THROUGH👊🏻 ⁣

To top off this post, today will mark our 1 year as coach and client, the bodybuilding show was a MEMORABLE WAY TO END IT! ⁣

As a coach, this taught me a lot of new concepts and methodologies. I’m looking forward to learning more and putting everything I know into practice!

215LB-175LB FAT LOSS TRANSFORMATION⁣

I want to say congratulations to my ONLINE client Eric Torres for this 40lb weight loss transformation! ⁣⁣

I personally believe this individual was on a mission when he came to me. He followed the plan to the T, sent check-ins every week, and worked extremely hard. ⁣

Our main goals were to drop fat while preparing for a jiu-jitsu tournament, inbody challenge, and maintain strength goals in the gym. ⁣

How to promote fat loss?

The ONLY way you can LOSE fat is to be on a CALORIE DEFICIT!

A calorie deficit is consuming less energy (calories) than what your body needs to maintain your body composition. This can be achieved through a process called “dieting”.

Before we look at anything else, you need to first analyze your nutrition! It is the main factor when it comes to body composition, whether it’s for gaining or losing weight!

You can workout as much as you want, buy all the supplements you want, but if you are not in a calorie deficit, fat loss will not occur.

26 WEEK SHREDDED TRANSFORMATION ⁣

Starting weight: 180lbs⁣
End weight: 155lbs ⁣

25lbs total weight loss! ⁣

When it comes to dieting and training, here is one of my most dedicated clients ⁣

This transformation was really exciting, I personally really enjoyed the process of getting him this lean. ⁣

When it comes to dropping body fat. I preach a longer fat loss phase, just because we want to take the approach slow and sustainable. ⁣

One of the main comments he mentioned about the fat loss program was: ⁣

"I learned that dieting is not hard at all, It’s very sustainable. It’s not just plain chicken and broccoli, I’m out here eating my favorite foods. I learned so much about my body and how it responds to certain foods. I’ve learned a lotttt more discipline and patience." ⁣

What I wanted to highlight for today's transformation, is that dieting is individualized from person to person. You can get into the best shape of your life by creating a diet that is meant for you. ⁣

Transformation for today is going to be from one of my in-person clients

We were together for about 6 months and we were able to drop a total of 32lbs!⁣
280lbs-248lbs. ⁣⁣

Another one of my clients that I really had an awesome friendship with. He's a very kind and caring person, I looked forward to every training session with him! ⁣It was one heck of a journey with this guy!⁣

There were days when we weren't at a 100% and days when we were killing it! But it was never about being a 100%, it's about giving your 100% effort whether you’re motivated or not! Chris did exactly just that!⁣

We had a total of 90 sessions together and I wish him the best for his future fitness journey!

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION POST ⁣

Here is one of my awesome Online Lifestyle clients from Hawaii, we've been together for about 40 weeks now. I genuinely feel like we've developed a great friendship as the weeks went by, and I want to congratulate him for reaching his fat loss goals! ⁣

We first started at 230lbs and now we are sitting at 190lbs, a total of a 40lb drop! ⁣

Our main goal was to lose fat and keep it off, so we focused on a sustainable approach that suits his needs and lifestyle preferences. We executed this by having brief periods of caloric restrictions and diet breaks.

Definitely looking forward to more gains in the future with this dude! let's run this in 2022 !
