Event 1: 8:30am - 10:10am

For Time: (15min TC)
- Bench Press: 100 reps
- Every time you re-rack (7 cals on the rower then switch partner)

Performance:
- Male: 165
- Female: 105
Fitness:
- Male: 135
- Female: 85
Active:
- Male: 105
- Female: 65

Details
- Partner 1 starts on the Bench Press. When partner 1 breaks, partner 1 will then complete 10 cals on the rower before tagging partner 2.
- Partner 2 cannot start till Partner 1 is spotting the Bench Press. When Partner 2 breaks, partner 2 must complete 7 cals on the rower.
- This will continue till 100 Bench Press reps are completed
- Partners can split the 100 Bench Press reps anyway.
- Score: Time completed.



EVENT 2 & 3: 10:30am - 12:10pm
3 RFT - 6min TC
- 20 Syncrhro Front Squat
- 20 Syncrho Push Press
All reps must be synchronised
- Front Squat: partners must meet at the top, standing at full extension
- Push press: partners must meet at the top, arms fully extended and locked out.

Performance: 115/85
Fitness: 95/65
Active: 65/45

Rest 1min:

EVENT 3: (immediately after event 2)
Heavy Latter Max Reps (Time Cap: 4 Min)
- Alternating Partners: Power Clean + Front Squat (Single Barbell)
- First Barbell: 8x BB Complex Alternating Reps
- Second Barbell: 6x BB Complex Alternating Reps
- Third Barbell: Max BB Complex Alternating Reps in remaining time
- Score: total reps including first barbell

- Female: 125/145/155
Fitness:

Here’s a little glimpse of what the athletes will be going through during LIFT HEAVY + MOVE FAST.

EVENT 1️⃣

For Time:
- Bench Press: ____ reps (it’s a big number)
- Row ____ cals after every re-rack or if partner assists/touches the barbell (it’s a very small number)

Performance:
- Male: 165
- Female: 105
Fitness:
- Male: 135
- Female: 85
Active:
- Male: 105
- Female: 65

Details
- Partner 1 starts on the Bench Press, does as many reps as possible. When partner 1 breaks, partner 1 will then complete ____ cals on the rower before tagging partner 2.
- Partner 2 cannot start the bench press till Partner 1 is in spotting position. When Partner 2 breaks, partner 2 much complete ____ cals on the rower.
- This will continue till ____ Bench Press reps are completed
