Memorial Day Community Workout: MURPH

Join us this Memorial Day as we come together for one of the most iconic community workouts in fitness.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete, tackling your first MURPH, or just looking for a meaningful way to spend Memorial Day, this event is for you.

12 years ago, Unified started with a simple idea:
Create a place where people could become stronger for life… not just fitter for photos.

Since then, we’ve watched this community grow through early mornings, late nights, PRs, setbacks, friendships, competitions, marriages, kids, career changes, and every season in between.

Somewhere along the way, this place became more than a gym.

For many, it became a second home.
For others, a sanctuary.

A place to clear your mind after a hard day.
A place to rebuild confidence.
A place where people knew your name, pushed you to grow, and reminded you that you were capable of more than you thought.

There were years where growth looked like more barbells, bigger classes, new programs, better equipment, and expanded services.
And those things mattered because they helped us serve more people better.

But this chapter feels different.

This season isn’t just about adding more things inside the gym.
It’s about creating more experiences because of what happens inside the gym.

More races.
More adventures.
More paddleboards at sunset.
More confidence saying “yes” to life.
More trips.
More community outside the walls.
More moments where fitness becomes the reason you get to fully participate in life.

12 years later, we’re still evolving.
Not away from who we are — but deeper into it.
