Baba Corporation is seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

CUSTODIAN/GENERAL OFFICE MAINTENANCE

Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities/offices:
• Clean and sanitize restrooms of various locations/offices and make sure it is well stocked of toilet paper and paper towels
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
• Empty and clean trash receptacles and replace trash bags as needed
• Dust and wipe display cabinets/fixtures
• Inspect office/building surroundings to make sure it is clear of debris or obstruction
• Follow health and safety regulation
• Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Management

Successful candidate must have at least 1 year of custodial experience. Must be reliable, honest and dependable. Must possess a valid driver’s license and must have own transportation to travel to and from each office location. Must show proof of eligibility to work in the USA/Guam.
