Altaf Ali handed over the suit on behalf of his dad to club Manager Asif Japaul today.

Altaf Ali continued with good allround performance in New York today which earned him the man of the match award..
Playing alongside his dad and brother Afraz Ali with the New York Academy vs NYC Stallions..
Altaf made 38 runs and bagged 2 wkts and took 2 catches
Afraz chippped in with 27 and their dad 16 runs and 1 wicket..

Today our national under 16 player Altaf Ali played for the Whim Boyz vs Gotham CC in New York .
He had good returns with the ball and also scored some important runs.

Today Altaf Ali and Akash Ramdewar who were selected for the Guyana national under 16 team and participated in the recently concluded Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) and CWI Rising Stars 50-over bilateral series against Barbados (March 27 – April 7, 2026), received full cricket kits from-
LUMINARA HAVEN- GUYANA FOUNDATION CHARTER, FUNDRAISING STRATEGY AND PUBLIC NARRATIVE from the USA.

Our club would like to thank this organisation for their generous contribution towards preparing these guys for the future.

Club coach and veteran player Rajbance Hemraj and Club manager Asif Japaul did the handing over on behalf of the group.
