Dear Dr. Kashmir Singh, So-Called President & Mr. M. I. Chowdhury, So-Called General Secretary of dissolved DICF

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of great concern regarding the unauthorized use of our company flag in Hong Kong. It has come to our attention that the DCIF, without proper permits or authorization, has displayed our company flag in Hong Kong.

Firstly, I must clarify that the DCIF no longer holds any legal authority for engaging in deaf cricket activities. The organization was dissolved with the mutual understanding of all deaf cricket members associations, and it no longer possesses any governing power.

Furthermore, we have observed that you and your DCIF members have been engaging in fraudulent activities and spreading negative propaganda against deaf cricket worldwide. Such actions are detrimental to the growth and development of the sport.

Moreover, the unauthorized use of the flag of Hong Kong is entirely unacceptable to us. It is important to note that the Hong Kong Deaf Cricket Association (HKDCA) is a proud member of the Deaf International Cricket Council (DICC) and is committed to supporting DICC's endeavors. DICC, in collaboration with ICC, is diligently working towards promoting deaf cricket on a global scale.

Therefore, I kindly request that you refrain from sending any further emails or engaging in any activities that involve our organization. We are dedicated to upholding the principles and values of DICC and promoting deaf cricket in a positive and legitimate manner.

I have copied the following relevant parties in this email for their reference and awareness:

The Chairman, Deaf International Cricket Council (DICC)
Email: [email protected]
The President, Indian Deaf Cricket Association (IDCA)
Email: [email protected]
The Secretary, Bangladesh Deaf Cricket Association (BDCA)
Email: [email protected]
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Sunil Melwaney
President, Hong Kong Deaf Cricket Association (HKDCA)
