Ian Chan () of MIRROR had a first-hand experience at the lululemon Wellbeing Lab today. After immersing himself in the meditative space, he found he wished his superpower could be to eliminate unconstructive criticism and focus more on positive energy to make the world a better place.

Community is an essential part of the journey towards holistic wellbeing.
