唯私人健身教練服務將於八號烈風或暴風信號發出後暫停，請客人與教練聯絡以調整上課時間。

In response to the Hong Kong Observatory’s consideration of issuing Typhoon Signal No. 8 later, eliment FitLax will remain open 24 hours.

However, personal training services will be suspended after Typhoon Signal No. 8 is issued. Customers are advised to contact their trainers to reschedule their sessions.

致各會員：

感謝各位在北角分店結束營運後的默默耐心等候與支持。
由於我們在期限內未能覓得合適新場地重啟團體班服務，現在即將展開退款安排，並希望盡快為受影響會員完成相關手續。

#團體班會員退款申請步驟

1️⃣ 請將電郵發送至 [email protected]

2️⃣ 電郵標題必須註明：
Request for Refund : [Membership Number] + [Full Name]
（例如：Request for Refund : E1024 Chan Tai Man）

3️⃣ 請於電郵內容中提供以下資料，以便核對：
- 會員全名
- 會員編號
- 聯絡電話
- 身份證號碼（首4個字母/數字即可）

後續安排
收到申請後，辦公室同事將核實會員個人資料，並與系統記錄及銀行作資料核對，確保準確無誤。

我們理解此事為會員帶來的不便，團隊將會優先處理退款事宜，確保流程順暢。

As we could not secure a new venue to resume group classes within the promised period, we will proceed the refund arrangement for affected members.

Please see below the steps to Apply for Group Class Membership Refund:

3️⃣ In the email, include information below for verification:
- Full Name
- ⁠Membership Number

- ⁠First 4 characters/digits of your HKID

Next Steps
Upon receipt of your application, our team will verify your personal details and check against our system records and banks to ensure accuracy.

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and our team will prioritise processing the refunds to ensure the procedure is handled smoothly.

We sincerely appreciate your patience following the closure of our North Point branch.

Despite months of dedicated efforts, we regret to inform you that we have not yet been able to secure a suitable replacement venue in the district. As stated in our previous notice, we will make proper arrangements for every North Point member who purchased group class packages.

These arrangements, including refund details, will be announced via our official social media platforms by August 15, 2025.

We fully understand the inconvenience caused to our members and are prioritizing this matter to ensure swift and smooth processing of all refunds. Should we relaunch group classes in the future, affected members will enjoy priority registration privileges.

因臨時收到業主通知將出售現有北角eliment FitLax單位物業， #我們被迫結束北角店的營運！

北角分店的最後營業日為 #2025年3月31日 ，我們將營業至 #晚上10時。

我們現正積極尋找合適的新場地，並承諾盡我們最大努力令所有服務不受影響。目前，由於事發突然，我們迫於無奈地暫時有以下安排：

📌已購買了私人教練課程，以及包含健身室服務會籍的會員
可前往銅鑼灣分店，地址為灣仔道232號恆匯中心6樓，該店亦提供24小時健身室服務。

📌已購買團體班課程的會員
由於銅鑼灣分店並未有提供團體班課程，如在北角店關店日起計 #120日 內，我們仍未能另覓場地並提供團體班服務，相關會籍內的團體班服務 #將按會籍剩餘比例獲得退款安排。

至於存放在北角店內的私人物品必須於 #3月31號或之前 到店取回。

對於受影響的會員，我們深感抱歉，並承諾盡我們最大努力令各位的影響減至最低。
