**Friday Vibes 🌞 | Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone with Pilates!**
September is nearly over, the sun is shining, and there's no better time to try something new! This pic was snapped on Wednesday, during a reformer pilates class at the beautiful studio in Causeway. Big thanks to for treating me and fellow coach to this amazing experience.
I love pushing myself in different ways—both physically and mentally—and pilates was a refreshing new challenge for my muscles and mindset. It’s so important to keep your fitness journey fun and motivating by stepping out of your comfort zone every now and then. 🧘♀️

It’s that time of year again! 🎒 With the new school term kicking off, I’m back from an amazing summer, fully recharged and ready to dive into this new season with you all.

Don’t let the gloomy weather bring you down😆! Even though summer seems late, nothing can beat the blues like a fun workout. 💪🏻Just had an amazing RPM class at the new cycling studio, 🚴🏻♀️
I love RPM for the vibe, the intensity💪🏻, and the loud music🎉. It's like a Lan Kwai Fong party without the hangover, hahaha. 😂When I feel lazy to hit the floor for a strength class and need an energy boost, RPM is my go-to. Don't think, just ride!😅

Hey everyone,
Just had an acupuncture and cupping therapy session after a rocky night with two kids waking up multiple times and an early morning training session with clients. Looking at my back in the mirror, I'm reminded of how important it is to take some "me time" to recharge and keep going.
Being a mom and juggling everything isn't easy. It's okay to take a step back and prioritize your well-being. When you feel good, the people around you will feel it too. It's a privilege to carve out time for yourself, and I know it's not always easy.
Remember, you’re doing your best and that's already a lot. I'm sharing my journey not as a model to follow, but as a reminder that it's okay to take care of yourself.
Take what you want from this message and keep pushing forward. 💜

🌟 A Chapter Ends, Another Begins🌟
As I bid farewell to an incredible fitness journey with , my heart is filled with mixed emotions. We started training amid the uncertainties of COVID on August 18, 2020, mostly outdoors, facing challenges and conquering them together. 💪
Over 2.5 years of dedication, Cathy's transformation is nothing short of amazing. From mastering flawless push-ups to effortlessly handling 6kg chest presses and rowing over 8kg, her strength and form speak volumes. I couldn't be prouder of her consistent dedication, showing up twice a week, and pushing her limits in every session. 🏋️♀️
Now, as she embarks on a new chapter in Australia, I'm overjoyed for her yet saddened to say goodbye to a dear friend. Cathy, your trust, beautiful energy, and kindness have meant the world. Wishing you the very best on this new adventure. You'll be missed 🌟🤗

One of my clients shared this fantastic nugget of wisdom with me: "Motion is lotion." 🙌 It really stuck, and it's a gentle reminder that moving is essential for our well-being. ✨💪
➡️Here's why: Movement keeps our joints happy and healthy by improving blood flow and supplying essential nutrients and lubrication.👍 As we age, maintaining or regaining mobility and flexibility is key, and it's totally doable. 🤸♀️
But it's not just about joints; it's about staying active in our daily lives. Think better balance, fewer falls, and improved stability. 💃
✅The best part? You don't need any fancy gear. Mobility exercises can be done anytime, anywhere – sitting in a chair, no equipment required. These simple moves involve gentle actions, like arm bends or shoulder rolls. Easy peasy! 🪑💃
One crucial tip: Always listen to your body and stay present during movement. It's your body's way of telling you what it needs. 🧘♀️
