The energy of this kick-off workshop was infectious. We aim for creative and engaging learning design, so it’s great when event feedback says: “I wish the workshop had been longer”! The young allies are out spreading the word about gender equality, and escaping the man box on the back of this event. We’re proud and happy to find new ways to work alongside our clients The Women's Foundation HK 婦女基金會 and Steelcase and to forge a partnership for Allyship with MTR and all the HK Male Allies

🥳 With the support of MTR and Steelcase, our ground-breaking Young Allies Programme launched on November 3. 👨‍🎓 A group of male university students with their mentors, who are our Male Allies, joined the interactive kick-off workshop delivered by our training partner, Dramatic Difference, to explore values, masculinity and allyship. ⚖️ The Programme aims to foster a cohort of young men to champion gender equality through a series of experiential workshops, monthly mentoring meetings and work shadowing. Huge thanks to Steelcase for hosting the workshop and the mentors for joining. 🙌🙌

We are developing the Diversity Dialogues library of monologues - scripted from interviews with real-life working professionals - to include the experiences of differently abled professionals.

We are currently casting for differently abled actors, particularly wheelchair users* to perform these monologues at online and in-person events.

If you are interested to bring these real and powerful stories to life (live in-person online and/or for pre-recorded video) we'd love to hear from you! We are casting for both female or male English speaking actors with either TV or stage experience to audition.

*Our new script references the experience of being a wheelchair user in the
workplace.

Thank you to everyone who attended our showcase! It was a fantastic evening, and our incredible actors beautifully performed the five specially created monologues from interviews we conducted with real-life working professionals.

I was personally so pleased to have the event listed in the PinkFest lineup ahead of PinkDot 15 and to be able to support Oogachaga. An incredible - and the only - community based organisation in Singapore working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples and families through counselling and other support services.

Happy Pride everyone!

Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. We stand with our colleagues and clients to support the elimination of racism.

We all need to examine our privilege, recognise our shared humanity, and take action to create a more equitable world.

Through our , we build real human stories into workplace training, so participants learn emotionally as well as cognitively. The are monologues woven from the real words of interviewees and performed by our corporate actors.

Thanks to Ben for this heartfelt clip.

Take action today. Send us a message to discuss how we can help you and your teams become more equitable and eliminate racism.

Today we and celebrate the formidable power and potential of the world’s women and girls. Equity means fairness, and we know teams and communities thrive when difference is valued and embraced. A gender-equal world free of stereotypes, discrimination and systemic inequity can only be achieved through a collective effort, to continue the progress and successes we’ve forged together so far.

At Dramatic Difference, we develop leaders and build learning approaches that enable our clients to take action towards more diverse, equitable and inclusive teams and cultures. Our theatre-led learning methods, The Diversity Dialogues©, leadership coaching, and interactive team/leadership journeys typify our approach.

In support of - the theme for this year’s International Women’s Day - we asked our team of coaches, “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲?”
