Subject to the Government Covid safety regulations,our gym would be reopened tomorrow. On top of those regulations, all our staff will be taking rapid antigen tests everyday before work. Can’t wait to see all of you again!

Due to the current Covid-19 situation in Hong Kong, our gym will closed temporarily until further notice. Wish all of you stay safe and healthy in the meantime!

According to the announcement of the HKSAR Government, our gym would be closed until 3 February 2022.

According the announcement of HKSAR Government earlier today, our gym would be closed from 7 to 20 January 2022. Wish all of you stay safe and health in the meantime!

Given the recent outbreak of COVID-19 caused by mask-off indoor trainings, we would strictly require all users of our gym, including all trainers and their respective students, to wear a mask PROPERLY when using our gym.

According to the latest government announcement, we are allowed to open again on 18 Feb 2021. All users of our gym are required to record their respective entry via the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ app or by signing on our logbook.
