There’s a newly opened restaurant which is well-known for their healthy food-Konjac rice/noodles in Lyndhurst Terrace. We do think it’s a good way to add a meal of Konjac to be part of your food preparation in weight management.

The high fiber content of konjac has many health benefits.

Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol and blood glucose levels. A diet high in fiber may also help regulate bowel movements, prevent hemorrhoids, and help prevent diverticular disease.

Lower back pain is very common nowadays. 80% of adults have lower back pain at some point in their lives. Usually, lower back pain gets better with rest, pain relievers and physical therapy. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. Here are some simple and manageable stretching exercises that can be done daily.

It’s recommended to perform 10-20 secs for each exercise for 2-3 sets each time.
