The Revelation:
True muscle definition is CARVED through science-backed training and nutrition, never STARVED out through shortcuts.

💡 Reality check: Getting significantly stronger as a female is EXTREMELY difficult.
What you see here is 8 months of obsessive consistency.

通常女學員都會同我反映嘅問題
:重訓同埋減脂會唔會令胸部變細?
首先 基因決定脂肪分布:有啲人天生就容易
減脂時先瘦胸,有啲人就最後先瘦胸。
變化有幾大,睇個人體質、遺傳、天生胸型、
脂肪分布減脂 。
我建議慢慢減,唔好太極端
(伴隨全身脂肪減少)可能會令胸部尺寸變小
記得加強胸肌訓練,更挺、更有支撑力,
令視覺上 更飽滿 。
