Everyone has their own fitness goals and doing a pull up was one of Davena’s.
In the first clip, it was one of her first few sessions with me and she wasn’t capable of doing a pull up yet. Four months later, she was able to hit it for the first time! Now she can bang out a couple of reps for multiple sets.
This was all possible because of her hard work. At her peak, she was training 4-6x a week including yoga but still continues to train at least 3x a week now without fail. You don’t have to be extreme when it comes to workout frequency but the key to achieving any fitness goal is CONSISTENCY!

Here’s Kitty, demonstrating a 40kg barbell box squat. She has come such a long way. From not being able to squat her bodyweight to having a barbell on her shoulders with extra weights!
She’s been training with me for almost 2 years now and because of her hard work, she has lost 24kg total and has gained a lot of strength! She’s a super busy woman but she always makes the time to train. 5-6 times a week to be exact!
You don’t have to train every day to see the results you want but you need to make the commitment and be consistent. Learn how by booking a session with me!

Here’s Sudhee, demonstrating an 80kg Trap Bar Deadlift. She has put on a whopping 40kg on this particular lift from the first time we started training together and her progress isn’t slowing down!
Her form and technique has come a long way but we can always improve! Next task is to get the weight to the floor. Ways to fix this is to continue to practice this more, and strengthen her core and erectors. However, she’s done a great job being as upright as possible and keeping her back flat, which was an issue before.
