知道大家開始計劃暑假活動！今年教練團隊將於7月15日至8月31日期間加開小忍者班、體操班、體驗班！💭

忍者障礙競技運動具挑戰性及有趣之餘，亦融合各種體適能元素，可以學習身體擺動、跳躍動作、訓練手眼協調、增強握力及攀爬能力❣️😎我們教練團隊均擁有障礙競技比賽經驗。室內訓練場配備設施經由資深教練設計，場內設有保護墊，專業安全！

⭕忍者班分別設有4-6歲班、7至12歲班、13至17歲班，需按年齡分班
⭕首次上堂嘅小朋友可以按年齡選擇一班做試堂，每堂費用為$325/位
⭕參加者需年滿4歲
🥷🏼另有親子班體驗班 適合年滿5歲或以上小朋友參加。
🥷🏽成人亦可參加成人課程，歡迎查詢！🥳

Looking for exciting summer activities? Join our Summer Ninja Classes from July 15 to August 31, 2026! Our expert coaching team, all experienced in obstacle course competitions, is ready to guide you through fun and challenging sessions.

⭕ Age groups: 4-6yo/7-12yo/13-17yo
⭕ Trial classes available for first-timers at $325 per session.
⭕ Participants must be at least 4 years old.
⭕Book up to 90 days in advance. Limited spots available—first come, first served!
⭕Family Trial Class - Parent-child experience classes (for children aged 5+).
⭕Adult courses/Private Group Classes are also available—feel free to inquire!

📍Venue: Room 2204, 22/F, Wah Luen Centre, 20 Wah Luen Street, Quarry Bay

*Important Notes:
- No refunds or make-up classes for missed sessions.
- Fees are non-refundable upon registration.
- In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning issued within two hours before class, the session will be rescheduled.

🐣 Easter Special Ninja Trial Class🐣

The Easter holidays are coming! This year, our coaching team has specially arranged additional Ninja classes from Apr 2 to Apr 10. We hope our Kid Ninjas will have more options to enjoy their holiday time ✌🏻

If you‘re looking for a fun activity for kids, consider the popular ninja obstacle course. This sport helps improve physical coordination, problem-solving skills, and focus. After training, kids can compete in events in Hong Kong and worldwide, interacting with others and broadening their horizons.

Our experienced coaching team ensures safety in our indoor facility, equipped with protective mats. Take advantage of the holidays to experience Sasuke Ninja Park!

🥷🏻 Target Audience : Kids aged 4-17. For first-time can choose a class based on their age, $325 per head.
🥷🏼 Family classes are suitable for children aged 5 and above.
🥷🏽 Adult Class are also offered—feel free to inquire! 🥳

‼️Quota is limited, first come first served‼️
📌 If there are no participants for the trial class, it will be canceled and converted to a private class.

為提升教練專業性，我們會持續舉辦各種不同類型的專業培訓✨

是次培訓我們邀請了香港大學專業進修學院一特殊教育文憑課程講師余逸賚女士為我們講解有特殊教育需要的青少年學員在學習障礙競技上有機會遇到的困難，作為教練應如何幫助他們更有效學習。

未來我們會提供更多不同類型培訓，以確保教練不論在教學、個人技術以至課堂管理上，均能提供專業的障礙競技訓練課程❗️

To enhance the professionalism of our coaches, we will continue to hold various types of professional training sessions. ✨

In this training, we invited Ms. Yu, an instructor from the HKU SPACE‘s Special Education Diploma Program, to explain the difficulties that young athletes with special educational needs may encounter in learning obstacle racing and how coaches can help them learn more effectively.

In the future, we will offer more diverse training programs to ensure that our coaches can provide professional obstacle racing training in areas such as teaching, personal skills, and classroom management! ❗️
