My focus these last few weeks has been all around the Hot 26/Bikram sequence. Training hard to improve my practice and knowledge so I can be a better teacher and student. It has been tough - Iโve been working with a very tight/tired body and a couple of nagging injuries, but practicing with them is teaching me how I can modify these poses for my own students. Some of my modifications look so different from the โperfect poseโ but Iโm still receiving benefits. Iโm learning so much about the limits of my body and the discipline of my mind.
I am also learning that I need to be far more disciplined with Myofascial release!

Mother daughter partner pose. Partner poses are a really fun thing to do... sometimes they can start with snaps and arguing (especially when itโs with someone youโre close to ๐) but they often end with harmony and laughs ๐ theyโre a fun way to build trust and communication.
