係呢個post下面留言,等我地幫你介紹比更多既人知道。
小編最近睇緊一個叫 , 佢哋係主要帶觀眾跳出自己既comfort zone,我覺得學習一項新既運動都係一種跳出comfort zone 既方法。將自己放係一個完全新的文化入面。未睇過既快D 去follow 佢地lah。

At my point of view, learning a new sport definitely are easiest way to jump out of your comfort zone by putting yourself into a completely new environment. However, their channel are mainly in Mandarin, at this point maybe not too friendly for the foreigner.

FIM拉繩下潛 (Free Immersion) 指下潛以及上升都需要用手攀繩作為動力,🙅不可以用腳蹼或者其他設備推進。這種下潛方法由於速度比較慢,在水中停留時間較長,所以可以用作在CWT前的熱身練習以及習慣深水時的感覺,對於以後CWT 的訓練有幫助。FIM是多數初學者初次下潛的方法,因為比起其他方法,FIM 可以更好地控制下潛速度以及方向,也會有更多時間供初學者練習反壓。
Free Immersion required freediver to make use of a rope for both ascending and descending, no fins or any other type of promotion device are employed. Since the speed and direction are more controllable compared to other diving methods, FIM usually used for practising before CWT. Some new divers find FIM the most enjoyable diving method as the slow speed allows them to have longer ear equalization time.

DYN動態平潛(Dynamic Apnea)和靜態閉氣一樣在可以在較淺的平靜水域進行,在保持閉氣的狀態下橫向移動,穿或不穿腳蹼都可以,以移動距離作為目標。由於在水中活動耗氧比靜止更快,潛水員目前世界紀錄 (316.53m)是由波蘭潛水員 Mateusz Malian在2016 年創下。動態平潛需要在閉氣同時保持在水中前進,可以幫助潛水員訓練運動心理、放鬆以及對技巧的自我檢視。
Both Dynamic apnea and Static apnea can be done in a swimming pool. Instead of holding breath steadily, dynamic required divers to do finning and breath hold at the same time. Since moving under water consume much more oxygen compare with static, the performance usually calculated by the distance swim in one breath. Through dynamic training divers can improve on mental control, focus on their form and relaxation.

STA 靜態閉氣( Static Apnea)是自由潛水比賽以及訓練中重要的一環,以閉氣時長作為目標。將面部浸入水中並保持閉氣,稱為靜態閉氣,是潛水訓練中最容易練習的訓練方法。因爲不需要下潛,所以對與場地要求比較簡單,部分自由潛水員都不會配戴裝備,只用潛水鏡或者泳鏡配鼻夾進行訓練。
Static apnea is one of the major practice freedivers usually did for competitions, which try to hold their breath as long as possible. By sink the face in to the water and holding breath, divers are more getting used to the contraction as doing STA .As requirement of static apnea is much simpler than others, which is the most accessible practicing method.

自由潛水泛指任何不涉及水肺、水面供或者任何水下呼吸裝備的潛水,都可以被稱為自由潛水。但在今時今日,大部分「自由潛水」是指嚴格意義上的閉氣潛水。自由潛水強調運動心理、生理的表現,自由潛水者所挑戰的是自己並不只是紀錄。自由潛水相對浮潛,下潛深度更深,閉氣時間也更加長。自由潛水與其他運動有所不同, 更加講求絕對的放鬆和平靜。要求潛水員對自我的發現以及了解,探索自己的身體,這個正正就是自由潛水的魅力所在。由於自由潛水所需要的裝備和條件限制較少。所以自由潛水比起其他水上運動更加簡單及容易入手。
Freediving means any under water diving without using additional air tank, breath assistant deceive. Nowadays, freediving usually related to underwater apnea in a more harsh circumstances. Compare with other similar apnea under sports, such as snorkeling,Freediving have a longer breath hold and deeper diving depth with a higher physical and mental performance than snorkeling. Instead of working hard and increase in heart beat, freediving are more focus on relaxing and slow down your heart rate. Which helps divers get into a complete relax situation and discovering themselves. That’s one of the reasons which makes freediving sooooo addictive.

抱石係攀石運動中一項不用安全帶以及攀岩繩的項目,只要有足夠的保護設備, 抱石可以在各種場地進行。室內的抱石場內會有緩衝墊,攀爬者只需要帶備攀石鞋以及粉袋就可以享受抱石帶來的樂趣。 由於對裝備要求比較低,所以抱石是多數人第一項接觸到的攀石運動。
Bouldering is rock climbing without using ropes and harness, usually climbing less than 20 feet tall. Most of the climbers use climbing shoes to secure footholds positioning and chalk up for drying their hand and providing better gripping on climbing. There are also crash pad to protect the climber from falling.
由於抱石的路線邊比較短,所以對四肢爆發力以及技巧要求比傳統攀登更高,抱石難度一般使用-scale 由VB - V17, V17 是暫時世界上最難已經被完成的難度, 位於芬蘭🇫🇮Lappnor。
Bouldering usually shorter than other type of climbings, thus the ‘problems’ of bouldering are more prioritize on power and climbing techniques instead of endurance. Bouldering using Hueco System to represent different kind of difficulties, from VB - V17; at the moment, V17 is the hardest problem in the world been applied, there is more hardest bouldering problems yet identified.

運動攀登係用攀岩繩同埋預設既保護點作為保護,需要既裝備有攀岩鞋(Climbing Shoe),安全帶(Harness),粉袋(chalk bag),頭盔(Helmet),攀岩繩(Climbing Rope), 快扣(Quickdraw)
Sport climbing using climbing rope and preset bolt as protection to the climber, usually required climbing ropes, QuickDraws, climbing shoes, harness, chalk bag and helmet.
攀爬沿途需要自行將快扣(QuickDraw)掛入牆上預設既螺栓(Bolt)然後將攀岩繩放入快扣作為保護,繩長,快扣數目,難度等等都需要事先對線路既了解,所以一般攀爬者都會對將要攀爬的線路做事先調查。
Climber have to put their QuickDraw on the preset bolt and putting the rope into the QuickDraws on the way when climbing, climbing on a new rope required lots of investigation in advance, such as height of the route, numbers of QuickDraws, difficulties etc. In other to play safe and avoid any accident happened during climbing

傳統攀登一直係登山運動既一部份,一直到1970 年,法國人先將攀岩成為一項獨立運動。
Traditional climbing used to be part of the trekking, until 1970, the French climbing community separate climbing as an independent sport.
傳統攀登係由攀登者沿路自行設置 保護點(runner) 以及 錨點(anchor point)作保護。
對裝備以及技術要求比其他的範疇更加高, 所以廣泛程度比運動攀登以及抱石低。
由於傳統攀登主要用既岩壁都係屬於裂縫, 所以技巧方面都有所分別。
Tradition climbing required climbers to set-up their own runner and anchor for protection purpose.
Since all the safety equitment are set-up by the climber, which have a higher technique and equipment requirement. Thus the traditional climbing is not popular as sport climbing and bouldering.
On the other hand, traditional climbing mainly climbing on the cracks of the walls, which required different skills and techniques on climbing compare with others.

攀石主要可以分為三種,分別有 傳統攀岩🧗♀️,運動攀岩(有繩),抱石(無繩)
Climbing can be define into three categories, Traditional climbing / Sport Climbing / Bouldering
傳統攀岩是指戶外天然環境下的攀岩,又有分為Single pitch或multi Pitch等等分類,基本上香港最常見既係獅子山(Lion rock)。
運動攀岩係由將傳統攀岩搬入室內而成,現在在天然的石牆加入人工預設既保護點亦叫做運動攀岩。
抱石主要係無需繩作為保護4米以下既攀岩, 因爲高度唔高,所以可以用抱石墊(crush pad)作為保護。
Traditional climbing means climbing on the natural wall without any artificial builded-in safety point, this is the most original way of climbing
From time to time being, some people start move climbing into a indoor environment environment, which comes out a new categories Sport Climbing, which means climbing with build in safety tools in the wall ( artificial and natural wall), which makes climbing become more easy for attending.
The last categories is Bouldering, which limited the heigh into 4 meter. Since limited on the heigh, thus climber can get away with the ropes and harness, replaced with crush pad.
