This past year, I took on a new hobby — and just like boxing, it’s grown into something more than I ever expected. I’m still learning, still improving, but every moment behind the decks has been pure joy.
I’m proud to say this new journey is becoming part of who I am, alongside my boxing and personal training career.

Hey badasses!! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Now that life is back to normal, everyone is traveling again, myself included. This winter I got to hit the slopes again and went back to skiing rather than snowboarding. I find it’s better for my body and less prone to injuries. ⛷️⛷️⛷️

Happy Thanksgiving my fellow badasses!!! This time of year is always difficult to maintain a healthy and balanced diet with all the eating and drinking with family and friends. For me, I find jump roping the best way to keep fit with an easy and quick workout to sweat all that food & wine I consumed.
Try 3 mins of jump rope followed by a minute of Russian twists. Do that 4 times and you’ll for sure get a sweat on. Only takes 15 minutes!! Try it! 💪💪👍👍

Holding a plank can improve body balance, posture and build core strength which benefits in your everyday life. Try to do a plank once a day for 1 minute

With HK fully open, everyone is back to traveling (including myself) but let’s not forget our workouts. Here are my essentials when I travel. What’s yours?
With my jump rope, my tennis ball, my speaker and my timer.. I can do many different workouts such as:
3 min jump rope
1 min running
3 min bouncing tennis ball
3 min shadow boxing
2 min abs (twists, bicycles, leg raises)
Do 3 sets and you’ve already done a 30 minute workout. Done and done ✅
