Learning to simplify the game is probably the most be beneficial skill to have. People see all the crazy handles in highlights but if you watch full games most of the points mainly comes from catch n shoot, screen pin downs, creating space for shot with 1-2 dribbles 4 max and etc. Once to learn to simplify the game of basketball it opens everything up. the game suddenly feels much slower. 🏀

My brothers was going at it in the court trying to win the finals. This game was probably the most exciting game i’ve watched in a minute. The atmosphere, the competitiveness just great basketball overall. ‼️❤️🏀

Forever grateful for everyone who supported me when I started pursuing being a trainer. Just bunch of hoopers that’s trying to get better, covid -19 didn’t matter literally hooping illegally I still remember running away from cops in the middle of our workouts 😂😂 I always knew that I wanted to helper other athletes but I was too insecure to be a trainer because of of the trainers out here claims that they play pro and all of that but I didn’t, I had to learn my craft. I couldn’t thank the guys who trusted me for real! They thought said they’re learning from me little do they know im learning so much from them aswell that everyone is different when it comes to basketball I learned how to structure a workout for different hoopers. i’m seriously forever thankful🙏🏼❤️
