香港羽毛球總會成立於1934年，並於2023年12月29日改名為中國香港羽毛球總會有限公司。現有屬會共78個。
本會秉承發展香港羽毛球運動的宗旨。致力舉辦各項相關的活動及比賽包括:訓練班、學校及社區發展計劃示範及推廣、國際性大賽及本地賽事等等活動。同時，亦積極培育教練及裁判。目前共有註冊教練274人、註冊裁判270人。每年參加本會活動人數達27萬人次。
