**U8 BFA is training at Stanly Ho Sport Centre!** 🔥⚽️

Every training session with **U8 BFA** is more than just “playing ball.” We focus on building strong foundations for young players—so they can grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game from an early age. At **Stanly Ho Sport Centre**, our U8 players train in a fun, energetic, and well-structured environment.

In each session, the kids go through:
✅ warm-up activities to prepare the body
✅ fundamental ball technique training
✅ dribbling and ball control exercises
✅ passing and receiving skills
✅ small-sided games to improve decision-making and teamwork
✅ coaching that helps children follow instructions and stay disciplined

We believe the U8 stage is the perfect time to develop not only football ability, but also key character values, such as:
🌟 confidence and courage
🌟 focus and concentration
🌟 teamwork and communication
🌟 discipline and respect
🌟 a positive attitude toward learning and improvement
**Stanly Ho Sport Centre**—it might be the beginning of an amazing journey for your little champion!
