Last workout of 2025.
These sessions take me back to the work I did with my brother growing up.
Competing against people will always beat cones.
From pushing the next generation to the pros — putting in real work, alongside my Dawg
The grind never stops.
On to 2026. 🔥💪🏽

Stand up Comedy Mondays in Hong Kong.

23/12/2025

Stand-up at Bar 109 last night.
Basketball jokes mixed with a little crowd work at the end.
For the record, if you watch until the end — no one was hurt during the filming of this comedy set. Happy Holidays😄🙏🏽❤️

First session in the books 🦅
Proud of the players today. A lot of work ahead, but the kids showed heart, worked hard, and are hungry to get better. This is just the beginning 💪🏽🏀

Right people, right time. God weaves every moment with purpose, and tonight was a beautiful reminder—art, wisdom, and remarkable souls gathered in one place.

Game to 31, down 18–28… but the jumper had other plans. 5/6 from three to seal it. Appreciate for filming the comeback. 🏀💯

First open mic in Hong Kong. Loved the energy from all the British students who came to support! Felt great to be back on stage performing🙏🏽😄

Showed up at the park ready to run a $1000 match against a guy named Daniel, but since I didn’t register through the app, I couldn’t get into the competition. No stress — next time for sure.

I stayed anyway and hooped with anyone who wanted the smoke. Met some good people, got some great runs in, and sharpened my game. Playing keeps me accountable to what I’m teaching as a coach. As my mentor Phil Handy always says: don’t teach what you can’t do yourself.

Hong Kong has honestly surprised me — the basketball culture here is incredible. Outdoor runs are the best therapy, and they’re free. If you want the smoke, you know where to find me. Get some. 💪🏽🏀🔥🏁
