【破解運動迷思 👀 – 生病的時候，去運動出身汗就冇事？ 😷】成日都聽到長輩 👵👴講：「小小病 😷 唔使睇醫生嘅，出身汗 💦 就冇事啦！」。
醫學研究指出 📑，💦 流汗唔等️於 ❌ 排毒 👾，真正幫身體對抗 🛠️ 病菌嘅係免疫系統同適當治療 🩺💊。適度運動的確可以預防生病🛡️，但病嘅時候勉強做運動逼汗 💦，反而可能令身體更攰 ，增加脫水 💧同電解質失衡 ⛓️💥風險，仲可能延長病程 🤒。
如非運動不可，可以用「頸部法則」嚟判斷 💡：
- 症狀只喺頸部以上 🔼，例如流鼻水、輕微喉嚨痛，✔️ 可以做低強度、短時間運動
- 症狀喺頸部以下 🔽，例如發燒、咳嗽、胸口不適、全身酸痛，✖️ 就唔好勉強

However, medical research 📑 shows that sweating 💦 is not ❌ the same as detoxing 👾. What really fights off 🛠️ germs is your immune system and proper treatment 🩺💊. While moderate exercise can help prevent 🛡️ illness, forcing a workout 💦 when you’re sick may drain your energy , increase the risk of dehydration 💧 and electrolyte imbalances ⛓️💥, and even prolong recovery 🤒.
If exercise is a must, use the “Neck Check” rule as a guide 💡:
- If your symptoms are only above the neck 🔼 (e.g. runny nose, mild sore throat), you ✔️ can do low-intensity, short-duration exercise
- If your symptoms are below the neck 🔽 (e.g. fever, cough, chest discomfort, body aches), ✖️ skip your workout and do not push yourself
Ultimately, the best remedy when feeling unwell is to drink plenty of water 💧, get ample rest 🛌 , and always consult a doctor 👩⚕️🧑⚕️ if symptoms are severe!
