泳池又關,大家都好可能會將游水練習放係open water。
其實open water既訓練對三項鐵人來講好重要。Drafting, sighting ,open water start甚至再高階啲既轉波爭位對於比賽係非常重要,比起追求只係里數嘅訓練更加有效。大家不妨可以係練習加插下呢類型技巧性練習。

當然唔會,我地Trileague 既任務從來都係希望將本地三鐵水平提高,只要你係三鐵又愛好者,對三鐵充滿熱誠而且追求突破就可以加入我地,我地會將所有嘅經驗同知識都分享比大家為下場比賽作好準備。

成日都聽到會有朋友問點解我地成日訓練都係用公路車。我哋都解答下大家:

1.香港好少地方適合用鐵人車/TT bike,公路車更適合香港既路面環境。

2. 我哋嘅訓練形式都係用Group Ride既型式去進行訓練,公路車靈活性高,加速快會相對容易應付車群既節奏

3. 最近冇比賽🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️,所以我地嘅訓練係圍繞基礎耐力同速度,比賽配速相對既練習會較少。公路車既訓練所以會相對比較多。

其實大家都可以留意下外國既一啲Ironman職業選手佢哋用公路車訓練嘅時間都吾會比用計時車/TT bike少。有時轉換唔同嘅姿勢踩單車亦都有助減少傷患,都可以刺激到我地不同既肌肉黎提升訓練質素。

鐵人比賽既跑同一般長跑比賽有咩吾同??
不論你係大鐵226定係OD 51.5,鐵人比賽既落地頭2-3公里跑係非常重要,要有速度但又唔可以太快。係2-3公里你已經可以分析到自己當日狀態,配速同會唔會抽筋。如果轉項練習淨係以長距離為主要,就會忽略轉項後的肌肉適應,就會導致配速失誤同抽筋容易發生。
所以我們會訂出特別的訓練方法,嘗試幫助大家係下場三鐵比賽PB

跑步技術速度訓練 (Running Speed and Drills Session)
訓練主要針對好多鐵人運動員都可能會忽略嘅幾個重點
速耐訓練
技術、leg speed和
核心肌群 等等

對象必須年滿15歲*

逢星期三、五 6:30pm-8:00pm (公眾假期除外)

7月份
元朗運動場 8,15,22,29
沙田運動場 10,17,24,31

8月份
元朗運動場 5,12,19,26
沙田運動場 7,14,21,28

單車團訓 (Saturday Group Ride)
逢星期六 8:00-11:00
主要訓練地點青公,有機會係新娘潭或其他地方。訓練會以Group Ride加插Program嘅形式去保持訓練質素。

對象必須年滿15歲*

TRIleague Endurance Project正式接受大家報名。今次我哋嘅Project入面主要集中係regular 既單車團訓同跑步速度技術課,希望可以令大家對三項鐵人訓練有新嘅認識同體會。另外,我地仲會有其他團訓,例如跑步長課,陸上兩項轉項訓練等等。到時會喺Facebook同 Instagram公布,大家記得留意。

至於游水方面,我們認為難以用多人團訓的方式去進行。經過商討後,我哋會用1對1又或者小組(2-3人)既形式進行。

TRILEAGUE is the first-ever Triathlon Alliance in Hong Kong that is established by a former Hong Kong Triathlon Team member as well as an Asian Game medalist - Tim Law. All our team members are considered as one of the greatest triathletes in their age-group; and each have had lists of outstanding achievements in different local and overseas events.

Despite the fact that Hong Kong is just a tiny little place, we have acknowledged the potentials in promoting such sport. We have discovered loads of passionate & potential triathletes who can assuredly tackle the longer distance races. The TRIleague Endurance Project is an extraordinary training class that aims to promote Group Training. Simply by taking numerous world-class triathletes like Vincent Luis, Mario Mola, and Gomez as an example, group-training can certainly build a supportive and effective training environment for all.

In every upcoming training session, our core members are going to train together and utilize their expertise by offering a synergistic science-based approach to training. The programs are specified and tailored to each of you that can guide you to achieve outstanding progress, improvement, results, and most importantly to cope with pressure while racing.

As being a triathlon alliance, we are sincerely in offering ranges of fitness services/packages that include physiotherapy, sport-specific nutrition analysis and advice. We strive to encompass everything you need specifically in order to help you reach your goals and maximize your health.
