A lovely golden damselfish

The thornback cowfish, from the family of boxfish. Another one of our sea creatures that uses toxins for defence.

Even though they are small, it's still rather daunting facing a school of barracuda

The juvenile harlequin sweetlips. This one is only about 5cm long and they move quickly!

Look at those colours but beware. The colours warn predators of the toxins or other unpleasant chemicals that the nudi uses for protection.
