Boxers have been training hard for the past 10 weeks in our Fight Camp and are ready to test and display their skills.
We have a total of 8 fights in store for you. Some of our regular boxers will be competing against other gyms so please come and show your support.

Learn the basics of sparring. Develop your boxing skill and a greater understanding of application through partner drills and light sparring.

MUAY THAI SPARRING 101
Intro to sparring. Get a deeper dive into fighting application and strategy and learn how to apply the skills you’ve picked up through partner drills and light sparring.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS
Boxing Fundamentals include perfecting your stance, footwork, defensive position and basic punching technique. Ideal for beginners or those looking to improve or revisit their “fundamentals”.
(Beginner Level)
MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS
Beginner focused. Learn the Muay Thai Fundamentals from the ground up, no details spared. This class will break down the basic stance, kicks, elbow and blocks and knee strikes.
(Beginner Level)
BOXING (All Levels)
Develop your Boxing technique and train like the pros with a wide variety of Boxing techniques, pad work and exercises tailored to the groups needs.
MUAY THAI (All Levels)
Authentic Muay Thai training experience including pad work, bag work and lots of sweat! This classes will resemble the type of Muay Thai class we are currently teaching. Open to all levels and the session will be scaled to the level of members participating.
12 ROUNDS
High impact Boxing and Fitness class consisting of 12 total rounds. 6 dedicated Boxing rounds and 6 rounds of Strength and Conditioning. Strength training circuits will include TRX, Kettlebells, plyometrics and HIIT cardio circuits.
(All Levels, Beginner Friendly)
MUAY THAI CLINCHING
This specialty class is all about learning “the clinch”. Or the grappling element of Muay Thai.
Experience authentic Thai clinch techniques taught by our team of Champions and build your clinch game piece by piece. Session will include both technique training as well as clinch sparring.
(Intermediate & Advanced Level)
TEENS BOXING & TEENS MUAY THAI
Teens program is all about developing the younger generation. Ages 11-15. Develop skills and discipline in and out the gym.
