【匹克球世界盃本周展開 港隊誓師出發】

中國香港網球總會與信和集團在奧海城舉行「匹克球世界盃港隊誓師儀式」，為本星期出戰「匹克球世界盃2026」的球員打氣！

26名中國香港匹克球代表隊球員分別為13男13女，涵蓋4個不同年齡層（青年組、公開組、先進組和大師組）。今次港隊將由中國香港網球總會副會長林少偉擔任領隊，並由副領隊劉進鑑協助，配合網總在網球上豐富球隊管理和出戰國際賽經驗，確保以最專業水平，讓球員打出最佳水準，爭取佳績。

匹克球港隊亦獲得K·SWISS贊助球衣及鞋履，讓球員能盡情發揮。

【Pickleball World Cup Opens This Week: Hong Kong Team Set to Serve】

The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association, together with Sino Group, held a ceremony at Olympian City to cheer on the players set to compete in the “Pickleball World Cup 2026” next week.

The 26-player squad comprises 13 men and 13 women across four age categories: Junior, Open, Senior and Master.
Team Hong Kong will be led by Team Manager Lam Siu Wai, Vice President of the HKCTA, and Assistant Team Manager Leo Liu. Backed by HKCTA’s extensive experience in team management and international competitions, the team is fully prepared to take on the world stage, showcasing their best performances and striving for outstanding results.

The team is also sponsored by K·SWISS, which provides apparel and footwear to assist players perform at their peak.

【參賽名額火速爆滿】

「PPA 亞洲職業匹克球巡迴賽 1500 • 恒生銀行香港大滿貫 2026」舉行了記者會，賽會表示報名反應熱烈，參賽名額已經爆滿，充分反映匹克球在香港的受歡迎程度！

作為賽事支持單位，中國香港網球總會(HKCTA)會長鄭明哲Michael Cheng 亦有出席記者會，並與在場記者分享對香港匹克球發展的見解：「作為香港推動匹克球制度化及專業化發展的重要體育組織，以及 Global Pickleball Federation 的正式會員，中國香港網球總會一直積極支持匹克球發展，涵蓋社區普及、教練及裁判培訓、精英培育以至國際賽事參與。今次恒生銀行香港大滿貫將世界級球手帶到啟德體藝館，是香港匹克球發展的重要里程碑，亦將進一步提升香港作為區內網球及新興拍類運動樞紐的地位。」

Michael亦表示，會繼續善用HKCTA的優勢：「將我們在網拍類運動的經驗、資源及國際網絡，推動香港匹克球建立可持續發展生態圈。」

「恒生銀行香港大滿貫」將於 10 月 19 日至 25 日在啟德體育園啟德體藝館上演，門票於9 月 10 日上午 9：00公開發售。

【Slots Sold Out Fast!】

The “PPA Tour Asia 1500 • Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Grand Slam 2026” press conference announced an overwhelming response—all registration slots are officially filled, proving pickleball’s explosive popularity in Hong Kong!

As a supporting organization for the event, Mr. Michael Cheng, President of the Hong Kong, China Tennis Association, attended the press conference and shared his insights on the development of pickleball in Hong Kong: “ As an important sporting body advancing the institutionalised and professional development of pickleball in Hong Kong and a full member of the Global Pickleball Federation. The PPA Asia 1500, Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam 2026, bringing world-class players to Kai Tak Arena, is an important milestone for the development of pickleball in Hong Kong and will further strengthen the city’s position as a regional hub for tennis and emerging racquet sports.”

“The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association has been actively supporting the sport’s development — spanning community promotion, coach and officiating education, elite development and international competition participation — while leveraging our experience, resources and global network in racquet sports to help build a sustainable ecosystem for pickleball in Hong Kong. “

The “Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam” will take place from 19 to 25 October at the Kai Tak Arena, Kai Tak Sports Park. Tickets will go on public sale on 10 September at 9:00 AM.

【2026 匹克球聯賽11月開打 全新賽制 全新體驗】

Sino Group x HKCTA 匹克球聯賽即將登場！為了提供更優質、更充實的比賽體驗，我們針對過往賽程安排與比賽模式進行了 4 大全新升級。

1️⃣ 單日多賽制
告別過往「到場只打一場」模式！新賽季會以「集中比賽日」安排，並安排進行單循環小組賽（Round-Robin）。球員每次來到都可參與多場對賽，大幅增加實際比賽時間，體驗更充實！

2️⃣ 3個組別，嚴格實施隊數限制
本賽季維持 3 個組別，但為了確保賽程順暢並維持對戰節奏，各組別將嚴格限制參賽隊數。名額有限，報名展開後，記緊盡快行動！

3️⃣ 季後賽登陸屯門市廣場
本季總決賽將移師至信和集團旗下屯門市廣場 tmtp commons「港隊主場」舉行，見證聯賽冠軍誕生！

4️⃣ 貼心避開賽事高峰，確保最佳備戰狀態
新賽季開打時間安排於 11 月上旬，避開 9 月繁忙賽期及 10 月底的 PPA 巡迴賽，確保所有參賽球員皆能擁有最充沛的休息與備戰時間，以最佳狀態出戰！

【2026 Pickleball League: New Format, New Look】

The 2026 Sino Group x HKCTA Pickleball League is officially kicking off this November with a fresh new look!

We’ve overhauled the tournament structure to give you the ultimate playing experience. Here is what’s new this season:

1️⃣ More Play Time (Round-Robin Format): No more travelling just to play one match! Each team plays multiple matches per game day across open courts.

2️⃣ Limited Slots: Keeping our 3 divisions, but team entry is strictly capped to ensure a smooth, competitive pace.

3️⃣ Grand Finals at Sino Group’s tmtplaza: The finals will be held at the iconic tmtp commons “Team HK Home Court”!

4️⃣ Smart Scheduling: Kicking off in early November to avoid clashes with peak September events and the late-October PPA Tour so you can perform at your peak.

【最強港隊 名單出爐！公開組 青年組】

中國香港網球總會與信和集團攜手合作的「香港匹克球精英培育及社區推廣計劃」，經過於6月份進行的港隊選拔賽，16位冠軍隊球員成功獲選為中國香港匹克球代表隊球員，連同通過公開外卡遴選程序的8名球員，加上因應賽會放寬賽例而可獲徵召的亞洲男子排名第一王康傑(Jack)、及香港女子排名第一鄧諾瑤 (Nikita)，組成了「最強匹克球港隊」。

王康傑亦被委任為球隊隊長，除了領軍出戰世界盃外，亦會兼任教練，於8月份與球員在屯門市廣場「tmtp commons」港隊主場進行專業訓練，力爭佳績。

26名球員分別13男13女，將會代表中國香港，9月初出戰在越南峴港舉行的匹克球世界盃2026。

【HK’s Top Squad Is In! Open & Junior Categories Unveiled】

The Hong Kong, China Tennis Association (HKCTA), in partnership with Sino Group, today announced the 26-player squad set to represent Hong Kong, China at the upcoming Pickleball World Cup in Da Nang, Vietnam this September.

Formed through the flagship “Hong Kong Pickleball Elite Development and Community Promotion Programme” the team brings together the city’s top players. Following intense open selection trials in June, 16 champion-division athletes earned their spots, joined by eight players selected through an open wildcard process. Completing the powerhouse lineup are Asia’s Men’s No. 1 Wong Hong Kit (Jack) and Hong Kong Women’s No. 1 Tang Nok Yiu (Nikita) both called up following an expansion of the tournament’s roster rules.

Jack will take on a dual role as Team Captain and Head Coach. Under his leadership, the squad will complete an intensive August training block at their official home base, “tmtp commons” inside Tuen Mun Town Plaza, as they fine-tune preparations to chase gold medals.

A 26-player squad (13 men, 13 women) representing Hong Kong, China will depart for Da Nang, Vietnam in early September for the Pickleball World Cup 2026.
