教大體操專攻「健美體操」(Aerobic Gymnastics)，是為國際體操聯合會(FIG)中的其中一個體操項目。
健美體操是一種結合了有氧運動、基本步伐及難度動作的運動。難度動作包括：俯臥撐、倒地、旋腿與分切、支撐與水平 (support and levers) 、跳與躍 (jumps and leaps) 、柔軟度與變化 (flexibility and various) 。
