SUP Yoga, originating in America around 2013, combines yoga asanas and standup paddle boarding into a fun and invigorating exercise that provides a completely different experience from any daily workouts we perform.
☀️No swimming is required throughout the SUP yoga session.
🌊The chance of falling into the water is very low if you follow our teacher’s instructions.
