Began practicing yoga in 2017 with my first yoga Master N.Sewda and completed 500 Hatha & Alignment YTT. Got to know about ashtanga yoga by N.Sewda’s introducing and influence in 2021.
Started Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Method with Dorothy under the direct guidance of Manju Jois.
Currently certified by Manju Jois for completing the Primary, Intermediate, Advanced series and YOGA THERAPY training.

南懷瑾先生|嘴巴,修行最難守的一關
口的惡業最多,有四種:妄語、惡口、兩舌、綺語。妄語是說謊話,我們幾乎無時不在說謊話,日常寒暄最多,幾乎是慣性說謊;惡口是罵人,不一定是罵粗野的話才是罵人,有時文人罵人是轉個彎來罵,那罵得更厲害,也是惡口;兩舌是挑撥是非,人與人在一起最喜歡講是非;綺語是俏皮話,油嘴滑舌的話,不正經的話,空話都是。

嘴巴最厲害,有四種業:妄語、惡口、綺語、兩舌。
什麼是“妄語”?就是說假話欺騙人。尤其現在做生意或是搞政治的,喜歡搞宣傳打廣告,以多報少,在市場上欺騙人,這是妄語,這個惡報很大的。
“惡口”就是罵人,比如“他媽的”,各種各樣的罵法,叫做惡口,對人沒有慈悲、親愛的口吻。
“兩舌”,我們經常犯這個毛病,對老張講老王壞,對老王講老張不對,古人有兩句話:“誰人背後無人說,哪個人前不說人。”每個人背後都有人講,當面說人好話,轉過身來,嘴巴一歪,就告訴別人這個傢伙多壞多不對,人最容易犯這兩舌的口過。
“綺語”不單指黃色笑話,無聊的話、過分的話說多了,也是犯了“綺語”。我們檢討自己,一天說正經的話有幾句?其他都是無聊的話,而且有些人不說無聊話還不能過日子呢!
這四種是口的罪過,把這四種錯誤改正過來,就是口業的善德。這裏隨便說一個佛經故事,說明口造善業的果報。據說釋迦牟尼佛有三十二相與常人不同,其中一相,他的舌頭伸出來,可以觸到額頭發際這裏。為什麼?因為他多生累世沒有說過謊話,因而得這個好的果報。所以每個人相貌好壞、身體的健康狀況、壽命的長短,都是六道輪回、三世因果的報應。
