Asia’s top trampoline athletes have gathered in Hong Kong, and thrilling competition is just around the corner! Starting today, the two-day event will officially take place at . The Chinese Mainland team arrived in Hong Kong two days ago and has already begun rehearsals at the venue, making final preparations for the championships.

Among the highlights of this year’s event are Hong Kong, China, LAU Long Fung Ronald and LEE Kwun Wai, along with LIU Jennifer, who will lead the local team into action. The Chinese Mainland team will also feature WANG Zisai, gold medallist in the Men’s Individual at the 2026 - FIG World Cup 2026 ALKMAAR (NED). The competition is set to deliver fast-paced, exciting, and heart-stopping moments on the floor!

大家細個可能都玩過「跳彈床」，但你知唔知，原來 #彈網（Trampoline）係一項極具觀賞性嘅奧運正式項目🤸‍♂️？ 早喺 1950 年代已經引入香港，仲係亞洲入面起步較早嘅地區之一！運動員喺網面上睇落輕盈，但其實係「易學難精」嘅優雅挑戰！每一次跳躍都極之考驗運動員嘅身體控制力同勇於突破嘅態度💪！

彈網運動員要攞高分，就要經過一套科學化嘅嚴密計分公式評核：
🔹難度分 (D-Score)：動作愈複雜，翻騰、旋轉次數愈多，基礎分值愈高
🔹完成分 (E-Score)：針對動作姿態、控制力同精準度等技術細節進行評扣
🔹飛行時間 (ToF)：用電子感應系統測量空中停留總秒數， 鼓勵彈跳強度同核心支撐
🔹位移分 (HD)考驗落點精準度，偏離網面中心點（十字位）愈遠，扣分愈重

The 7th Trampoline Asian Championships alongside the 7th Junior Trampoline Asian Championships and the 2nd Asian Trampoline Age Group Competition will be held on 2️⃣3️⃣ and 2️⃣4️⃣ May at with our athletes from Trampoline Team HKG 🇭🇰 at each event ❗️

Exciting news for the fans to witness our 13 elites from Home Team HKG in every game ❗️

Qualifications and Opening Ceremony will be held on 23 May (Day 1), followed by Finals and Prize Presentation Ceremony on 24 May (Day 2). Audience with free E-tickets can enjoy the event all day long 🌞, with the luxury of staying up 🌙 for the game as 25 May marked as a public holiday 😎 for the Day following Buddha’s birthday.

We invite all fans to cheer for Team HKG on 23 May for the Qualifications 🥳 in the hopes of advancing 💪🏻💪🏻 to the Finals on Day 2 and a spot at the Aichi-Nagoya in September.
