Thanks very much for supporting my pages of Roller Skating Coaching & Swan6 and I"m sure that what I had done to invoke more skaters elsewhere in the world to continue with their interest in roller skating is increasing by your feedbacks and response to my pages.
So do have confidence and continue your training with patience. Keep body posture erect, balance, gaining speed with energy at the right time for the right tasks followed by a close wrap of body for a better performance.
Try to follow the rhythm of any music, challenge yourself and set yourself free so that you can really enjoy skating with any music even when you grow older like me, Ha ha it's true and I still enjoys skating when I'm free. Just be careful and keeping body posture upright, chins up. Starting spins, jumps and edges at smaller edges
either from forward to backward or vice versa......
Now is countdown time for Christmas and then New Year. So I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !!

Any interest to know the technical way to do a perfect " Swan " from Mother of Swan? First skater done in Hong Kong 1967 and was being brought to USA Skating Team and they had added more outstanding performance by doing the Biellmann spin.
This was the time when they taught me the Bunny Hop.
